| As the first CCRC developed by Willow Brook, these projects are part of an overall campus master plan encompassing 36+ acres and 202 total units (60 twin single homes, 12 garden apartments, 40 assisted living, 20 skilled nursing, 20 dementia, and 51 RCF apartments). From the local bank's construction loans, to HUD insurance, to county revenue bonds, this community did not evolve easily. Since fulfillment of that initial mission, Willow Brook Christian Village has been perpetually sold out with years-long waiting lists leading to the eventual development of a second CCRC campus called Willow Brook at Delaware Run. | |
